Scott is a highly experienced Land Development Engineer with over 30 years in the civil engineering environment. Working closely with his clients Scotts value is in advising clients on best use of their land asset.
His experience includes design management, contract administration, site observation of contract works and project scoping and planning. Working closely with both government and private development clients Scotts expertise is in both larger greenfield and smaller urban brown field developments.
