With a Bachelor of Business Administration: International Trade from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in Wuhan, Roger may be new to construction, but he has been working for Huawei for the last 6 years moving around the globe (China, Egypt, Australia, and London) as the Supply and Purchasing Manager, establishing strategy and supply agreements in new markets and negotiating better contracts in existing markets.  Prior to that, he was the Regional Sales Manager for 8 years for the North American region of a large Chinese electrical company growing it from $20m to $130m USD within 2 years.  He is experienced with end-to-end procurement and supply work, including RFP, RFQ, supplier selection method design, price negotiation, and contracts, etc.
