With a focus on the future, our strategic plan and vision for the next 20 years is well underway. The next 5 years has been articulated in detail with KPI’s for the leadership team.

Design Partners

Principal Architect

  • 10+ years experience with these skills to lead the practice and our business. 
  • Experience in residential and education market from high end through to multi density (terrace and apartments).Commercial (mixed use) also useful.
  • Leadership and high performance team management experience


Build Partners

Project Manager


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project managing multi-unit residential & multi-site (including up to 8 story apartments) construction in traditional brick and timber finish under commercial contracts management essential (NZ3910 & Construction Contracts Act 2002)
  • Relevant degree qualified with construction experience running multiple projects of $5-$15 million as Project Manager
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Projects for planning & programming

Commercial Site Manager


LBP or Construction management degree (or similar).

Must have experience in steel and concrete, commercial high rise and commercial contracts management essential( NZ3910 &Construction Contracts Act 2002)

Running projects of $10 million+as lead Site Manager

Site Health and Safety&QA leadership to ensure site meets standards of excellence

Professional and confident in interactions including preparation of monthly site reports for management

Keen problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure with flexibility to meet changing demands

Civil & sub divisional works experience advantageous

Able to use Microsoft Project; Word and learn our CRM System.

Site Manager



Createacultureofexcellencethroughcontinuousimprovementandachievement on site.

Manage the site operation from build set up to completion by implementing robust project methodology.

Oversee all elements of construction working with the project manager and team to deliver on time to budget with excellent project quality standards achieved.

Coordination of all on site resources including trades,suppliers and client contractors

Great communicator to manage site related progress;issues and escalation procedures to relevant parties.

Set the standard for Build Partners Health & Safety and implement expectations across all trades.
