With the urban planning changes this area is seeing a lot of new developments including a new boutique apartment development planned for this same street.

This project is a Build only, civil works and buildings with the project team running 2 concurrent programmes to ensure they meet delivery of this tight programme.
The structure utilises precast concrete, with contrasting detail in the lift shafts, balcony and 5thfloor to add street appeal and ensure the new build blends into the city fringe location.
Although this project has been affected by some delays in sourcing products offshore due to the continued pressures of COVID-19 internationally; the project team worked closely with our client to continue to achieve the agreed delivery.
Our committed team worked tirelessly to finish the internal works while the landscaping ran concurrently outside to meet the challenging deadline, compounded by COVID-19.
The 5 storey building is an impressive build with a number of complexities that the team have taken in their stride, so focused on handing this over on time our team have been working up to 7 days (at times) to deliver.
