Strategic Direction (2017)

With a focus on the future we have recently presented our strategic plan with our vision for the next 20 years. The next 5 years has been articulated in detail with KPI’s for the leadership team.

We have a firm focus on our Corporate and Government clients. We will strengthen our relationships with our current clients whilst developing strong relationships with new clients. We will work to develop a strong corporate reputation, and be known as a group that deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Graduate Civil Engineer

  • Work on small to large subdivisions throughout New Zealand
  • Design high quality land development and civil infrastructure projects including feasibility, design, procurement, earthworks, administration and management
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant New Zealand design standards and Local Authority engineering guidelines ,and share your knowledge with the team
  • Undertake detailed design using Civil 3d design to successfully deliver projects
  • Manage, supervise and visit contractors on site and advise on civil engineering issues

Survey Technician

  • Accurate land survey work including site and office work for both survey and engineering projects.
  • Provide accurate data collection of local services, prepare asbuilts, setout of site works and calculate earthworks qualities
  • Maintain survey equipment and ensure it has regular maintenance checks to operate in optimal order
  • Manage stock levels and ordering of survey supplies including pegs, spikes etc

 

Senior Civil Engineer

  • Undertake and lead the civil design and construction phase of medium to large land development projects
  • Work within agreed timeframes, project specifications and set budgets
  • Liaise with clients, consultant team, council officers and contractors
